The Counseling Center Costs
The Counseling Center does our best to make treatment affordable for every person in our intensive outpatient program (IOP) and additional services. Our goal is for you to get the help you need. Here’s an overview to costs of therapy and insurance coverage information for The Counseling Center. How Much Does Our IOP Cost?
The Counseling Center costs are contingent on several important details:
- The kind of service you are given
- Whether you have insurance or not
- Your out-of-pocket insurance costs
- If you are self-paying: at what frequency will you be participating in services.
When you speak with our staff about receiving services at our facility, they are able to inform you on the cost of your care for a period of time and record your insurance information. After corresponding with your insurance company, we can supply a more precise estimate of the cost of your initial treatment at our location. As you continue to get treatment, we’ll communicate with you regarding additional costs. Whenever you have questions about anything payment related, we’ll be pleased to talk.
Is IOP Or Other Services Covered By Insurance?
The Counseling Center is happy to welcome most insurance plans. How much of your care gets covered is dependent on the terms of your policy. Our team has successful experience working with insurance companies to get the most of your care covered as we can. We’ll communicate right to your provider and then inform you of what your plan will cover and what you owe out of pocket. We can also assist you in navigating short-term disability and FMLA as payment alternatives.
At this time, we are not able to accept Medicaid. We encourage you to call us to talk about Medicare plans.
If your insurer doesn’t cover the cost of care at The Counseling Center, we will discuss our affordable self-pay options. We are pleased to answer any questions or process new insurance information to better your understanding of what your out-of-pocket costs will be.
